Ready Stock
1) We will process your order within the shortest duration possible (approximately 2-3 days). If the ordered items are out of stock, it may take up 10-14 days for our part to order from the manufacturer or customer can request for refund or exchange of items in same price.
2) QT Buy only supports cash deposit to our banking accounts,online transfer or credit card payment via PAYPAL account. Upon confirmation, we will provide bank details for payment.
3) Ready Stock Items will be mailed out within 2 working days after payment is made and address are received. (except of Sundays, Saturdays and public holidays).
Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone in during daytime as Pos Laju requires signature upon delivery. If not, they will drop the parcel at the nearest Pos Laju office and you will have to collect it yourself.
4) NO RESERVATIONS are allowed without payment made.

6) Please make payment to Maybank / Public Bank / Hong Leong Bank / Paypal once we have confirmed your order with the final payment amount (The final payment amount will include the postage cost).
7) Postage by Pos Laju :
West Malaysia : RM6
Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan : RM10
Oversea : Please ask for quotation.
8) Goods are inspected for good condition and minimum defect before delivery. We shall not be held for responsibility for any damaged at the point of the goods are in transit and arrived at your good self or damaged made by customer negligence. All possible measures will be taken by us to ensure a smooth delivery. However, we will not be liable for any loss of goods during the delivery process.
9) There might be slight variation to the colours seen in the pictures.
10) The sizes are all hand-taken so do allow 1 to 2cm difference in the measurements.
11) Please understand that these items are purchased from distributors, hence items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for another item. We will not be responsible for any complaints/dissatisfaction on product issues.
* Payment is not refundable within the stock pending period, but if order is out of stock, 100% payment will be refunded.
* Pre-Order items would take approximately 2-3 weeks from the closing date to reach QT Buy, if buyer is not willing to wait, please do not make your order.
* Buyer is required to pay 50% deposit once order has been confirmed and the remaining 50% to be paid when goods arrive in QT Buy from manufacturer.
